Arroyos Gets Big Double Through Andoni

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Pedro Arroyos
Pedro Arroyos

With the board reading {j-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} Pete Arroyos in the big blind moved all in against Germandio Andoni in the small bind who called.

Pete Arroyos: {j-Clubs}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}
Germandio Andoni: {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

Arroyos flopped a boat and Andoni turning a smaller boat left him in trouble. The {3-Hearts} changed nothing on the river and Arroyos took down a massive pot. Arroyos joked he would have thrown away the hand preflop if someone raised him.

Alshanti Doubles Through Low

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

With 215,000 in the middle on a flop of {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Diamonds} Kam Low potted. Alshanti moved all-in for 50,000 extra and Low called.

Abdullah Alshanti: {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Kam Low: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}

Alshanti flopped two pair to crack Low's aces. The {3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} completed the runout which did not help Low. Alshanti gets a much-needed double up.

Dempsey Holds for Double

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Maurice Hawkins raised to 35,000 preflop, Chino Rheem called, but then James Dempsey three bet to 180,000. Hawkins and Rheem both called, and all three players went to the flop .

On the {2-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop, Rheem checked, then Dempsey fired the rest of his 250,000 into the pot, which Hawkins snap-called. Rheem then went into the tan for a bit before finally folding, and the two players revealed their cards, with Dempsey at risk.

James Dempsey: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades}
Maurice Hawkins: {q-Hearts}{j-Spades}{9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

The runout of {k-Spades}{3-Diamonds} meant Dempsey's pocket aces held for the lead, and he scooped the pot for a big double up to 1,100,000.
