Lorenz Coolered - Rheem Dreaming Of Bracelet

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

With a flop of {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{j-Clubs} a raising war ensued between Darryl Lorenz in the cutoff and Chino Rheem on the button. Lorenz eventually moved all in for 1,230,000. Rheem asked for a count and could not keep still whilst the dealer cut Lorenz's chips. Rheem found the call.

Darryl Lorenz: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}
Chino Rheem: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}

A cooler for Lorenz whose set of queens were pipped by Rheem's set of kings. The {j-Spades} left Lorenz with one out the case queen which did not appear as the {3-Clubs} completed the board to give Rheem a massive stack.

Rheem and Arroyo Battle

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Pete Arroyos raised to 50,000 preflop, and Chino Rheem called.

On the flop of {2-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{10-Hearts} , both players checked.

On the {k-Spades} turn, Rheem led out for 100,000 and Arroyos called.

The {q-Hearts} river saw the players go check-check.

"Two pair," Arroyo announced.

"Then i win," Rheem said as he flopped his cards on the table showing {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts} for a king-high straight. Arroyos mucked and Rheem was awarded the pot.

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Dylan Weisman and Ryan Laplante

With 490,000 in the middle on a flop of {q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} Ryan Laplante bet pot and was raised by Dylan Weisman, Laplante called.

Ryan Laplante: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}
Dylan Weisman: {k-Spades}{8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}

Laplante flopped top two pair, whilst Weisman had a wrap. The {3-Spades} on the turn gave Weisman additional flush outs but the {j-Diamonds} was safe for Laplante and puts him in contention for his second WSOP bracelet.

Hawkins Flushes the Competition

Level 22 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Germandio Andoni raised preflop to 60,000 from early position. Pete Arroyos, to his left and, Maurice Hawkins, in the small blind called.

The flop of {2-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} saw a check by Hawkins, and another bet from Andoni for 125,000, which Arroyos and Hawkins both called.

On the {7-Hearts} turn all players checked through.

The river then brought the {10-Diamonds} and all players checked through again, which prompted Arroyo to show a queen-high flush, but then Hawkins tabled his {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for the nut flush.
