Wasserson Battles Thorpe in Entertaining Yet Shortlived Pot

"Eric," said Mike Thorpe. "Is it your big blind? Then I raise."
Shaun Deeb folded in the small blind and Eric Wasserson was in the big blind.
"Mike," said Eric Wasserson. "Is it your button? Then I call."
Wasserson drew two and Thorpe drew one. Wasserson then checked.
"Check?" said Daniel Zack jokingly. "Surely your two-card draws are ahead of his one-card draws?"
Thorpe bet and Wasserson raised. Thorpe called. Wasserson stood pat and Thorpe drew one.
Wasserson then bet and Thorpe flung his cards into the muck. Wasserson tabled 
and took down the pot.
