Arganian Back From The Brink

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
David Arganian
David Arganian

David Arganian: {10-Hearts}{5-Spades}{5-Hearts} / {3-Hearts}{10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
John Bunch: {6-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} / {6-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Scott Lake: {6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{4-Clubs} / {7-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}

David Arganian was down to a paltry 10,000 in chips earlier but survived all-in situations to get up to a little over 100k again.

Jon Kyte was the bring-in with the {2-Diamonds}. Arganian completed the {3-Hearts}, John Bunch made it two bets with the {6-Clubs}, Scott Lake cold-called with the {7-Clubs}, and Arganian came along as well.

Bunch bet fourth street and received two callers. On fifth, both Arganian and Bunch had open pairs and the former bet all in for 60,000. Bunch made it 140,000 and Lake called with a sigh. Both active players then checked sixth street.

On the river, Bunch stuck in another bet and Lake called it off. Bunch was the first to show and showed three sixes. Arganian rolled over {10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{5-Spades} for tens full to win the high in the main pot, while Lake showed 7-6-4-3-A for the only qualifying low to take the other half of the main pot. Bunch and Lake chopped the extra money in the side pot.
