After ten one-hour levels of play on Day 2, only 232 players remain and they will return at 10 a.m. local time for Day 3 of Event #37: $1,500 Millionaire Maker No-Limit Hold'em at the 2022 WSOP at Bally's and Paris Las Vegas. They will battle for a share of the $10,627,935 prize pool generated by 7,962 entrants and try to punch their tickets to Day 4 of this event by bagging some chips at the end of ten more one-hour levels of play. All remaining players are in the money and guaranteed to earn at least $6,600.

In pole position is American Tom Thomas, who bagged the most chips with 2,875,000 at the end of Day 2. Other notables who survived Day 2 with big stacks include Seamus Cahill (2,560,000), Matt Affleck (1,855,000), Rafael Reis (1,700,000), Kenny Hallaert (1,815,000), and bracelet winner Elio Fox (1,510,000).

Other bracelet winners still in the field include Ryan Leng (1,330,000), Raj Vohra (1,040,000), Jonathan Dokler (940,000), Jonas Lauck (940,000), Ryan Stoker (925,000), Michael Mizrachi (850,000), Benjamin Dobson (765,000), Dalibor Dula (605,000), andJames Caladeraro (470,000).

Notables who were eliminated towards the end of Day 2 include Shannon Shorr as well as Faraz Jaka and Veronica Brill , who were knocked out on the same hand by Cahill's aces. The 2016 WSOP Main Event champion Qui Nguyen was also eliminated towards the end of the night.
