Soulier Leaves a Pot to Le

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

In a three-way pot, the flop read {6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}.

The small blind checked, followed by a bet worth 1,200 from Fabrice Soulier in the big blind. Tommy Le, on the button, responded by a raised to 5,200 and the small blind tanked before folding. Soulier didn't take long to fold as well and Le grabbed the pot, showing {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}.

On the flop of {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds} in a pot of roughly 4,000 Cliff Josephy checked from the small blind and his opponent bet 3,000 from the hijack.

Josephy check-raised to 13,000 and his opponent put some thought in before folding and opened his hand of {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} to show Josephy what he had laid down.

"I'll let you pick two cards", Josephy said jokingly as he was stacking his chips.

Ullmann Gets a Fold

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Nino Ullmann, recent winner of Event #33: $3,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold’em two days ago, called from the big blind a raise from the small blind.

The flop fanned {4-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Clubs} and both checked to see a {5-Spades} on the turn, which was checked as well.

The river showed the {10-Clubs} and this time Ullmann bet 2,800 after a last check from his opponent, which was enough to get a fold and take the pot.
