Chad Eveslage: {x-}{x-}/{6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} - folded on sixth street

Marco Johnson completed with his ace showing and picked up two callers, including Chad Eveslage on his left.

Eveslage again called a bet from Johnson on fifth street, but waved the white flag when Johnson also bet sixth and took it down.

Amarapu Raises Fifth, Gets Full Value

Level 3

Vasu Amarapu: {7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}/{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}
David Funkhouser: {8-Clubs}{j-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{q-Spades}/{x-}{x-}{x-}
Carol Fuchs: {x-}{x-}/{3-Clubs} - folded bring-in

After Carol Fuchs brought in, Vasu Amarapu raised and David Funkhouser made it two bets. Fuchs folded and Amarapu called.

Funkhouser then check-called fourth street, and led out on fifth street. On that first big bet street though, Amarapu raised.

Funkhouser called, and after pairing his door card seven, Amarapu led out on sixth and seventh and was called both streets by Funkhouser.

Amarapu showed a third seven in the hole for trips, and Funkhouser mucked his hand, sending the scoop to his opponent.

Opponent: {x-}{x-}/{5-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} - folded fourth street

Jose Paz-Gutierrez was the bring in. Another player called, Glenn Cozen called, then Andrew Brown completed with the {3-Diamonds} showing. All three other players called.

On fourth street Paz-Gutierrez checked, Cozen bet, then Brown put in the second bet. Paz-Gutierrez called and Cozen put in the third bet. Both Brown and Paz-Gutierrez called.

Kurtzman Makes Chad Wait Because Chad Simply Oozes Confidence

Level 4
Eric Kurtzman
Eric Kurtzman

Norman Chad: {10-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{10-Clubs}/{a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{8-Spades}
Eric Kurtzman: {4-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades}/{5-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}

Norman Chad completed and only found one caller, Eric Kurtzman from the bring in.

Chad bet fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh streets and Kurtzman hung around with calls on every street.

Chad flipped his {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{8-Spades} over after being called on seventh and Kurtzman studied the hand for a few seconds before turning over his own.

"Just tens," said Chad.

"I have fives and sixes," showed Kurtzman. "Sorry, didn't mean to slow roll there. You just flipped your hand over with such [inaudible]."

"I just turned them over," disagreed Chad.

Either way, once they were on their backs, Kurtzman's hand was good enough for a scoop.
