Just ten players remain headed into Day 3 of Event #45: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha 8-Handed. Players will return at noon on Thursday, June 23, at the Bally's Event Center and play down to a winner.

There were a total of 1,438 entries into this event, which nearly doubled the turnout of last year. The field generated a prize pool of $1,918,385 and first place will take home $311,782.

Play will continue where it left off last night, with two five-handed tables. The field will redraw at nine remaining players for the unofficial final table.

Leading the way is David Prociak (6,400,000) from Orlando, Florida. He has more than $1,500,000 million in recorded earnings and owns a World Series of Poker Bracelet from a 2016 victory in Stud Eight. Prociak found a big double with a full house late last night to vault into the pole position.

Hot on his heels is Dylan Weisman (5,660,000). The well-known pro from California is a PLO crusher, he took home a bracelet last year in a $1,000 PLO event. He sat atop the leaderboard all day long yesterday and will look to continue that steady climb to victory.

Also in the field are bracelet winners Phil Hui (2,675,000) and David Williams (2,980,000). They both sit near the bottom of the leaderboard but are always a threat to run it up.

Rounding out the field is Charles Coultas (4,325,000), Shane Nardiello (4,725,000), Paul Fehlig (1,930,000), Dylan Smith (1,640,000), Daniel Tordjman (3,745,000) and Kao Saechao (1,820,000).
