Von Guttenberg Doubles Up with Two Pair

Level 11 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Action folded to the button, who put in 11,000. The small blind folded before Eric Von Guttenberg shoved from the big blind with 49k behind. The players showed their hands.

Eric Von Guttenberg: {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Button: {10-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

The flop came {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{5-Spades}, giving Von Guttenberg a pair of queens, but his opponent now had a straight draw. The button picked up even more outs on the turn, which came {10-Spades}. Von Guttenberg successfully dodged those outs, as the {9-Spades} river gave him two pair, and the pot.

Robert Wins Blind on Blind Battle

Level 11 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Fred Robert
Fred Robert

Action started when the table folded around to the blinds. Fred Robert completed for 3,000 and Primo Niyati checked his option.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}, Robert started with a check and Niyati put out 4,000 which was quickly called by the Canadian.

On the turn {10-Clubs} action slowed with both players checking.

Things heated up on the river {j-Spades} when Robert check-called the 12,000 bet of Niyati and showed {9-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for middle-pair which was good enough to take down the pot.

Saakian Wins Monster Pot - Moorman Out

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

With 28,000 in the middle on a flop of {8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}, Michael Saakian in middle position bet 11,000. The button folded and the small blind check raised to 26,000. Saakian made the call.

The small blind moved all in for 156,000 when the {q-Clubs} appeared on the turn. Saakian called with little hesitation.

Small Blind: {9-Clubs}{7-Hearts}
Michael Saakian: {q-Spades}{8-Clubs}

The small blind flopped the nuts, but Saakian turned two pair. The river {8-Hearts} left the small blind exasperated as Saakian rivered a full house to take the huge pot. Saakian only just had the big blind covered and is among the top stacks in the room.

Meanwhile on a nearby table Chris Moorman was eliminated and headed to the exit.

Kerstetter Wins Three Way All-in Pot

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Action landed on the small blind after the hijack called the blind. He shoved, with around 60,000 behind, after his friend asked "Do you want to go home?" from the rail.

Jamie Kerstetter, in the big blind, shoved as well, with 79,000 behind. The hijack, who had both players covered, made the call, and the players showed their hands.

Small Blind: {9-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Jamie Kerstetter: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Hijack: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{j-Diamonds}, giving the small blind a gutshot straight draw. That ten never came, as the board finished {6-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}, giving Kerstetter the pot with ace high.

Dickenman River Aggression Gets Through

Level 13 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

David ''Dave'' Dickenman was on a flop of {10-Spades}{a-Hearts}{6-Clubs} vs an opponent. He checked his big blind over to the middle position player who bet 15,000. With action on Dickenman, he re-raised to 35,000 and his opponent called.

The {4-Hearts} fell on the turn and Dickenman put most of his stack into the middle, 140,000 chips. It didn't take long for the middle position player to let his holding go and award Dickenman over 100,000 chips.

Across the table from Dickenman is one of the largest stacks in the room, Jason Fass, who is sat with over 550,000 in chips.

Level 13 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

WSOP Bracelet winner Haixia Zhang has just been moved to another table in the middle of the Bally's room, she's now sharing her new table with Erwann Pecheux, on his right.

But it was against another player that she just built up her stack : after a raise to 9,000 from the player in early position and a 3-bet from the button player, she just decided to shove her stack from the big blind, for more than 100,000.

First player quickly folded whereas the other player quickly called with {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}. He was covered and way behind {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs} for Zhang.

The board came {q-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{a-Spades} and Zhang knocked out a new player.
