Dan Smith opened to 13,000 in the hijack and David Einhorn flat-called on the button. The two players went heads-up to a flop of

rolled off on the turn.
Smith sized up to a bet of 100,000 on the turn and Einhorn still called. The 
completed the board and Smith counted out a bet of 160,000. Einhorn quickly called and Smith turned over 
for top pair. Einhorn, however, turned two pair with 
and raked in the pot.
