One for Dzivielevski and One for Cates

Level 23 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Yuri Dzivielevski raised on the button with the {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and was called by Naoya Kihara in the big blind with the {q-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. The {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop was checked by Kihara, who then called a bet. After the {3-Diamonds} turn had paired, Kihara checked again and then quickly folded when Dzivielevski bet again.

Dzivielevski then raised it up in the cutoff with the {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts} and Dan Cates flat-called on the button with {a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. The Brazilian checked the {9-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{4-Spades} flop and Cates bet his trips for Dzivielevski to call. After the {10-Diamonds} turn, Dzivielevski checked once more and Cates fired a bet to win the hand instantly without any further resistance.
