Dan Cates limped in with the {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Spades} and then called a pot-sized raise by Naoya Kihara, who had the {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}. The {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop was checked by both and the same applied for the {6-Diamonds} turn as well.

After the {10-Diamonds} river, both checked for the third time and Kihara won the pot with his top pair and kicker advantage.
