Dzivielevski Nearly Closes the Gap After Catching Cates Bluffing

Level 25 : 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Dan Cates raised to 400,000 on the button with the {9-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and Yuri Dzivielevski called with the {6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} to see the {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop go check, check. On the {4-Diamonds} turn, Dzivielevski checked and subsequently called a bet worth 650,000 by Cates as they headed to the {6-Diamonds} on the river.

Following another check by Dzivielevski, Cates then bet 2,100,000 for nearly the size of the pot with his nine-high. The call by Dzivielevski followed and he nearly closed the gap to Cates.
