Josh Palmer had his final 64,000 in the middle before the flop in the small blind and it was Evan Sandberg putting him at risk.

The flop came {a-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{7-Clubs}, giving Palmer top pair and Sandberg picked up a gutshot straight draw. The {6-Diamonds} turn and {5-Diamonds} river were safe for Palmer as he doubled up on the bubble.

Cristinel Sandu happened to be the unlucky player to bubble in the first flight of this event.

As it was recalled to PokerNews, Allen Kessler open raised to 18,000 in the cutoff and Sandu went all in for less and they were heads up.

Sandu exclaimed, "No queens!", and Kessler mentioned that he was fine with that and that he didn't want to bust him.

The flop came out {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Sandu yelled out in disbelief and jumped out of his seat.

The turn and river cards were {7-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and sealed Sandu's fate.

Berry Knocks One Out; Wins Next One

Berry had his opponent dominated with the eight-kicker and the board of {9-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}{q-Spades}{j-Hearts} was a clean one for Berry to eliminate his opponent.

The following hand, Maria Ielo raised to 20,000 on the button and Will Berry three-bet to 65,000 in the small blind. The big blind quickly got out of the way before Ielo surrendered her hand too.

Guillaumot Puts Pressure as he Builds Massive Stack

In a heads-up pot with about 200,000 in the middle, the board read {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{10-Spades} and the action checked to Robin Guillaumot and he announced all-in.

His opponent who had about 255,000 behind tanked for about a minute while staring down Guillaumot. Eventually, he folded and the pot was shipped to Guillaumot as he continues to build a massive stack well past the 1,000,000 mark.

Orechwa Makes Top Set to Send One Out

The action folded around to the small blind who limped before Ryan Orechwa raised to 40,000. The small blind responded with an all-in for about 301,000 putting Orechwa in the tank. After about a minute Orechwa found the call.

The {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{9-Spades} flop was an action one as Orechwa flopped a set but his opponent still had outs with a flush draw. The {10-Diamonds} turn and {6-Diamonds} river were safe for Orechwa as he send his opponent to the payout desk.
