Liebert Does Not Give It Up

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Action was caught on a {10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} turn, with almost 12,000 in the pot.

Kathy Liebert bet 6,500 out of position, and after a quick moment, her opponent raised to 13,000. Liebert snap-called. A {7-Diamonds} completed that board, and Liebert decided to check, so did her opponent.

She showed {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and that was the winning hand. She collected the pot.

Ruiz Does Not Need To Show

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

From the small blind, a player completed to 500 and Jose Ruiz raised to 1,500. Both players saw a {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} flop and Ruiz bet 1,300. He was check-raised to 3,000 by his opponent, and made the call.

It was a {q-Hearts} on the turn, and the player in the small blind made 6,500. Ruiz called again. On a {5-Clubs} river, both players checked but the player in the small blind threw his cards into the muck.

Jose Ruiz did not even have to show his cards, and collected that pot.

With the late registeration open until ~7:55pm tonight, the check-in queue is always full, just like the counter which is only climbing.

For now, in the fifth level of that Day 1c, 5,225 entries have already been registered for this tournament.

Action was caught on a {j-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop, with three players in the hand. From the big blind, Daniel Daconti checked to a player in middle position who bet 2,000. Tony Miles raised it to 5,400 and only Daconti called.

On a {6-Diamonds} turn, no more action, both players checked to the {5-Spades} river. Daconti checked again, Miles bet 13,000 and Daconti quickly folded.

"I just sat down in this tournament", said Miles, before counting his stack. The former WSOP 2018 Runner-up Main Event is looking for his third cash this summer on the Series.

Action was caught preflop, with Christopher Turnbull all in for his last 12,000. He found one opponent, Elias Nassif, who already had a big stack.

Christopher Turnbull: {k-Spades}{j-Spades}
Elias Nassif: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}

The board came {q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} and Turnbull made two-pair to crack aces.

"Aces are not good in Vegas", he said after the hand, before collecting that pot.
