Calamusa Extracts Big Value

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

On a four-way turn of {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Spades}{8-Hearts}, after action had checked around, the button bet 12,000 but then was check-raised by Pierre Calamusa in the small blind to 30,000.

The button called and they saw the river {2-Hearts}. Calamusa then led out for a big bet of 65,000 and sent the button into the tank.

After a good while, the button slammed his chips in the middle for a call. Calamusa then turned over {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for one pair, queens.

The button checked his hand one more time before he shook his head and threw them into the muck.
