Sun Gets it Done on the River

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Hao Sun and Weston Pring both put 800 in the middle before the dealer spread a flop of {j-Clubs}{6-Spades}{2-Spades} and Sun check-called a bet of 1,000 from Pring.

The {5-Spades} hit the turn and both players quickly checked to see the {5-Diamonds} river. Sun fired out a bet of 2,500 and Pring gave it about 20 seconds before letting his hand go.

Deyra Navigates Four-Way Pot

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

A player in middle position limped and Ivan Deyra raised to 700 from late position. The player on the button as well as the big blind and initial limper all called to generate a four-way pot heading to the flop.

All players checked through the {k-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop to the {9-Spades} turn where the big blind and middle position player once again checked. Deyra led out for 1,100 which was enough to elicit folds from his opponents and send the pot the Frenchman's direction.

Morales Soars Up The Leaderboard

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

In a four-way pot with roughly 8,000 in the middle, Rolando Morales bet 5,000 from the small blind on a flop of {6-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Clubs}. The big blind called and both the early-position player and the button made the fold.

On the {8-Clubs} turn Morales bet again, this time to the tune of 10,000 which was called. The {9-Hearts} completed the board and Morales chose the same sizing of 10,000 and without much thought his opponent made the call.

Morales rolled over {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for flopped two pair and his opponent stood up and threw down his {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} in frustration as the pot was shipped to Morales.

Mullen Flops Two Pair to Bust Kings

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Action was picked up after a bet and call of 6,000 on the {8-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{6-Spades} flop, leading to the {9-Diamonds} on the turn.

Richard Mullen led out for 5,000 from early position. His opponent, the big blind, put in the call. Both players checked the {10-Clubs} river, leading to a heads-up showdown. The big blind showed {k-}{k-Clubs}, good for an overpair to the board, while Mullen turned over {q-Spades}{8-Spades}, for a flopped top two, good enough to take the pot.

Baker Gets Some Dough

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

With 30,000 in the middle on a turn board of {q-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}, William Baker bet 10,000 from the small blind and was called by the under-the-gun player.

The {6-Hearts} fell on the river and Baker replicated his turn bet of 10,000. After cycling through their chips for a few seconds the under the gun player made the call. Baker turned over {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for trips and takes a sizable pot.
