No Call by Cowen Provides Small Boost for Garza

Level 27 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Raul Garza limped the small blind with {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} before calling a raise to 250,000 by Robert Cowen with {a-Spades}{j-Clubs} in a battle of the blinds. The {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop and {4-Diamonds} turn were both checked through. Garza then bet the {6-Clubs} river for 300,000 and nearly two minutes passed before Cowen sent his cards into the muck.
