Three ways to the K♥7♥3♠ flop, Taylor Paur in the small blind and John Hennigan in the big blind checked to Zachary Freeman, who bet 8,000 on the button. Paur jammed for the last 33,500 and Hennigan called while Freeman folded.

Chad Eveslage started the day in the middle of the pack but he has since become one of the chip leaders. It came as no surprise that he picked Badeucey as his game of choice and then took most of the chips of Andrew Brown before the latter was spotted on his way to the rail.

The latest showdown pot saw Brown pay off after the final draw but could not beat the nine-nine of Eveslage.

Robl Doubles Through Katz With Aces Full

Cary Katz opened to 8,000 on the button and Andrew Robl three-bet to 12,000 in the small blind with just two bets behind. Katz called.

Robl bet on the 4♥Q♥A♠ flop and Katz called. Robl then moved all in for 3,000 on the 8♣ turn and Katz confirmed the amount before calling.

"That's a good sign, right?" Katz said as he made the reluctant call.

Robl was ahead with aces and fours while Katz had flush and Broadway draws. The A♥ river gave Katz a flush but also gave Robl a full house as he scooped the pot to double up.

"Aces full? What, are we playing online?" asked Katz. You always hit the perfect card."

"That's my specialty," replied Robl.

The last hand before the break brought a split pot between Crivello and Hellmuth when the 8♣ / 7♦5♣4♠3♥ of Crivello earned half a pot with the superior Badugi, while Hellmuth with the 3♦ / 7♠6♣5♥A♦ narrowly missed out on the scoop.
