Aldridge Doubles First Hand, Buckley Doesn't
Level 16
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
On the first hand of Day 2, DJ Buckley and Ken Aldridge were all in on a 3♣3♥J♠ flop and up against big stack Nitesh Rawtani.
DJ Buckley: 6♥J♦6♦Q♥
Ken Aldridge: J♥10♠J♣8♥
Nitesh Rawtani: A♠8♠Q♠Q♦
"I have a flush draw," Rawtani said as the 7♠ fell on the turn. The river came the 5♠, completing his flush, but it was no good against the flopped full house of Aldridge.
"A flush wouldn't have helped you," Aldridge pointed out as he took in the pot, while Buckley was eliminated.
