Haas Picks Off Zektser; Varnado Takes Out Tryba
Level 23
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 0 ante
Heads-up on a flop of 10♠K♣3♠, Igor Zektser bet and Ryan Haas called on the button.
Both players checked the 8♠ turn before Zektser led out again on the J♠ river.
Haas took his time before calling and Zektser immediately mucked his hand. Haas showed Q♣3♣A♥10♥ as he took the pot.
At the same time at another table, Chris Tryba had the rest of his chips in the middle on a board of 5♥8♦6♥A♣10♣ but couldn't beat the A♦3♠2♣9♥ of Eric Varnado as the WSOP bracelet winner was sent to the rail.
