Danny Tang raised from the small blind and David "ODB" Baker three-bet from the big. Tang called and took two, ODB patted.

Action went check, bet, call. Tang drew one and ODB patted again. Once more Tang checked and called Baker's bet. Both players patted.

Both players checked and Tang tabled Q♣9♥3♠A♦. Baker showed a queen and mucked the rest of his hand.

Danny Tang opened on the button before David "ODB" Baker, after lengthy consideration, three-bet out of the small blind. Tang responded with a four-bet with Baker calling off his last few chips.

Baker drew two on the initial draw while Tang stood pat, prompting Baker to remark that he "made the wrong choice". The second draw saw Baker take one and Tang again decline to draw. On the final draw, Baker took what would be his last card of the tournament, turning over 8♠4♣2♥. Tang, meanwhile, held K♥Q♦5♣A♠ meaning that any diamond would work for Baker. The comeback was not be, however, as Baker turned over the 3♠ to send him to the rail in 8th place.

With Baker's elimination, the final table of seven has been set.

Lee Horton raised from under the gun and it was folded round to Owais Ahmed who three-bet, putting Horton all in.

On the first pull, both players drew one card. On the second, Ahmed patted and Horton drew one again. Third time round Ahmed patted again and this time Horton drew the full four.

Ahmed tabled a perfect 4♥3♠2♣A♦ and Horton hit the rail.

Both players took one card on the first draw before Rodrigues led into Li, who called.

Rodrigues stood pat on the second draw while Li again drew one. As on the previous round, Rodrigues bet and Li again called.

The final draw saw Rodrigues stand pat and then check after Li took one last card. Li checked it back and mucked after Rodrigues tabled J♣7♥5♦3♠.

Serhii Popovych opened from middle position and called after Michael Rodrigues three-bet out of the big blind.

Rodrigues stood pat on the first draw, betting after Popovych took one. The start of day chipleader made the call to send action to the second draw.

On the second draw, Rodrigues once again stood pat and Popovych drew one more. Rodrigues continued his aggression with a bet, eliciting a fold from Popovych, who is now the tournament short stack by some margin.
