"Has anyone said anything about the larger index cards?", Allen Kessler asked PokerNews.

Berry Makes Compote Out of Negreanu's Stack

Level 14
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

Daniel Negreanu: Ax9x/3xAx8xKx/10x
Will Berry: 5x4x/3x2x7x2x/Jx
Jose Paz-Gutierrez: XxXx/3x8xJx - folded fifth street

In his extremely popular vlog, Daniel Negreanu has shown his affinity for making a delicious-looking berry compote as part of his breakfast routine. So it's quite a unique coincidence that a man named Berry has eliminated him from this event.

Negreanu, Berry, and Jose Paz-Gutierrez each went to fourth street holding a three. Negreanu got his last T-1,000 chip in with the other two, then on fifth street Berry called and Paz-Gutierrez folded.

Berry had already made a seven, leaving Negreanu drawing dead.

Zolotow Triples Up

Level 13

Steve Zolotow Ax2x3x4x6x7x8x
Jeff Madsen: Ax2x5x6x7x8xJx
At-Risk player: 2x3x4x6x7x8xKx

Cards were on their backs on sixth street with Steve Zolotow, who's been battling a very short stack most of the day, all in and at-risk along with another player versus Jeff Madsen.

Zolotow already had a seven-perfect, while Madsen had a seven-six, and the other at-risk player an eight-seven, who couldn't improve enough to catch Zolotow.

Madsen couldn't improve on seventh, drawing a jack, while Zolotow improved to a six-perfect just for good measure.
