Velador Now Shortest Stack on His Table

Level 22 : Limits 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

James Obst raised and Johannes Becker called out of the big blind to then check-call a bet on the Q84 flop. The 8 turn was checked and Becker bet the J river. Becker bet and Obst reluctantly called as the former announced king-high.

Obst had that beat with the AJ94 to win the pot.

In the meanwhile, James Chen had dropped to five and a half blinds but won some back off Luis Velador. Chen check-called the KQ79 turn and the 10 river was checked. He exposed the AKK7 for a set of kings and that won the pot.
