Brown Flops the Wheel
Level 17
Pot-Limit Omaha
Daniel Blum raised to 6,000 from under the gun and Andrew Brown called in the cutoff.
The flop came 2♦4♥5♦ and Blum checked over to Brown, who potted for 17,000. Blum now pushed forward a tower of chips to put Brown all in, and Brown called for his last 48,000.
Andrew Brown: A♣3♣3♠10♠
Daniel Blum: A♥A♦8♥7♥
Blum had aces, but Brown had flopped the wheel and was a big favorite to double up. The board ran out 5♠2♥ and Brown stayed in front to secure the pot.
