Ngata Triples Up
Level 34
: Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Picking up the action partway through the hand, Aroha Ngata in late position found herself all in and at risk against a player in the cutoff and the big blind.
Aroha Ngata: Q♥Q♦
Big Blind Player: J♠J♣
Cutoff Player: 10♥10♦
Ngata was in good position to score a crucial triple up and remained ahead following the 5♥7♥9♦ flop. The Q♣ turn locked up the hand prior to the inconsequential A♥ river as Ngata's rail erupted in cheers.
