Marco Johnson: XxXx / A♥K♦5♠A♣ / Xx
Brian Rast: XxXx / 4♠J♠10♦6♥ / Xx
Marco Johnson bet fifth street to get called by Brian Rast and the same action repeated on sixth street when Johnson paired his open ace. They then checked seventh and Johnson tabled the 8♦7♣2♥ for a pair of aces and an eight-low. That won the entire pot as Rast mucked his cards and shortly after mentioned a "juicy fifth street card for me".

Both players drew two and then checked, then drew two again. This time Brewer bet and Cates dropped in a call.
On the final draw, each player drew one with Brewer again betting and Cates calling.
Brewer showed 8x5x4x3x2x and Cates sent his cards to the muck.

Action folded to the short stack of Daniel Zack on the button who opened to 15,000. Benny Glaser was next to act in the small blind and three-bet to 46,000. The big blind got out of the way and Zack called with just 2,000 left. The flop came 6♠9♠4♣ and Glaser put in the 2,000.
Zack called and the cards hit their back.
Daniel Zack: A♠A♣Q♥4♦
Benny Glaser: A♦A♥J♣3♣
Zack was in good shape to at least get a chop on the 3♦ turn but the brutal 3♥ river would give Glaser trips and send Zack to the rail on day two.

Soon after entering the field, Saya Ono lost more than two-thirds of her stack while Daniel Weinman chipped up significantly. Things got even worse for Ono when she called down bets by Matthew Ashton, who bet all the way on the K♠10♣7♣6♣7♦ board.
Ashton rolled over the A♣K♣ for the ace-high flush, to which Ono mucked.
Dan Smith then raised from under the gun and he called a three-bet by Dzmitry Urbanovich on the button. Smith check-called on the 6♦5♠2♥ flop and the K♣ turn before they checked the J♥ river. Smith announced ace-queen and exposed the A♥Q♣ but Urbanovich won the pot with the 8♣8♥.

Benny Glaser raised in the hijack and got calls from Andrew Brown in the small blind and Christopher Vitch in the big blind.
The flop came 5♥9♣8♣ and action was checked to Glaser, who bet. Brown and Vitch both called, and the Q♦ came on the turn.
This time after Brown checked, Vitch bet and Glaser raised. Brown now came with a check-three-bet, which got a fold from Vitch, but Glaser came along with a call.
On the 6♦ river, Brown quickly fired out a bet, leaving Glaser to check his cards, shake his head slightly, and then toss them into the muck.
Brown then turned A♣3♣ face up as the pot was pushed his way.
