Manasas Wins With Trips, Campbell Builds Big Stack
Level 8
Big O
A player raised to 1,000 from under the gun before Renen Manasas, next to act, reraised to 3,000. The under-the-gun player called and both players checked the 9♥K♦6♥ flop.
Manasas faced a bet of 4,500 on the 6♣ turn and called to the 7♠ river, where his opponent bet another 11,000. Manasas again called and was shown A♥10♥9♠4♥2♠.
Manasas turned over A♣J♥6♠3♥2♣ for trip sixes as he took the pot.
Chad Campbell recently eliminated two players in the same hand at this table, including Matthew Wolfson, and is now sitting on around 80,000.
