Kerkaert Spikes the River on Force
Level 25
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Big O
Heads-up on a board of 5♦J♥Q♦6♥, Leif Force bet 150,000 from the small blind and William Kerkaert took several moments tanking in the cutoff before calling.
The river came the 10♣ and Force checked over to Kerkaert, who slid forward two towers of chips for a bet of 250,000. Force quickly called and Kerkaert turned over A♦K♠8♣4♠2♠ for the rivered straight.
Force flung his arms in the air in frustration before mucking to take a big hit to his stack. Kerkaert, meanwhile, is now up to 1,300,000 after saying he was down to just 8,000 at one point today.
