The smell of cigar was in the air and sure enough Steven "Cuz" Buckner was in a hand.

The player in middle position raised to 1,500 and the small blind Steven Buckner and the big blind both called.

The flop came the 36K and everyone checked.

The turn was the 4 and Buckner bet 3,300 and the middle position player called.

The river was the 2 and Buckner pushed his stack in and was quickly called.

Middle Position Player: 55 for the straight.
Steven Buckner: K3 for the flush.

Buckner stated, "I just told this guy beside me that I was going to take that short stacked player out".

Elsewhere, Todd Hatch has been racking up some chips with 130,000 and at the same table Ricky Barraza is also sitting with a healthy stack of 72,000.

Quads for Adam

Level 5 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Action folded to Alfie Adam in middle position who opened to 1,400. It folded all the way to the big blind who called.

The A4A flop hit the felt and action checked through. The 9 turn also checked through and the river landed a 10.

It was checked over to Adam again who put out a small bet of 1,500. The big blind stuck in the chips and Adam tabled AA for flopped quads. The big blind mucked.
