Curtains for Team Miholich

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

That's a wrap for the Channel 4 News Team, as team member Mike Cribier relayed the teams bust out hand to PokerNews.

Cribier and teammate Kyle Miholich were dressed for the event like Champ Kind and Ron Burgundy from the popular movie, 'Anchorman.'

Now, on to the hand in question, an early position player raised to 2,500 and Cribier moved all-in from the big blind for 17,000.

Mike Cribier: 77
Early Position Player: A5

Cribier was in good shape heading into the flop and the K52 board would keep him there, but by the beard of Zeus, the A fell on the turn, leaving Cribier with only two remaining sevens to cement the win.

However, it was not to be as the 6 river sent them to the rail.

Stay classy, Channel 4 News Team.

Ace From Space for Team Hrabec

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

It was team pro on team pro violence when A.C.R. Team Pro's Monika Zukowicz and Jon Pardy clashed in an all-in pre-flop hand.

"She jammed it in my face," said Pardy before making the call. Zukowicz would be the player at risk.

Monika Zukowicz: AK
Jon Pardy: 99

Pardy had the slight lead heading into the flop and would dramatically extend that lead on the 456 board, leaving Zukowicz with only non-club aces and kings to win.

The 8 turn was no help to Zukowicz and further extended the lead for Pardy, but the hand is never over until the last card is dealt and the miracle A on the river cemented the win for Zukowicz.

Jacks are Good for Zektser

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Igor Zektser was in early position and raised to 2,200 and a player in middle position and the player on the big blind called.

The flop came out 5510 and Zektser bet 3,500 and was called by the middle position player.

The turn came out 7 and Zekster kept up the aggression and went all in for 17,000 and was called.

Igor Zektser: JJ
Middle position player: 108

The river brought no help to the middle position player and Zektser took down a nice pot with his two pair.
