Following a raise from Esther Taylor in the cutoff, Phil Hellmuth defended his big blind.
Hellmuth then led out on the 9♣8♣2♦ flop. Taylor called and the dealer put the 6♥ out on the turn.
Again, Hellmuth bet and got a call from Taylor. On the A♣ river both players checked with Hellmuth declaring "eights."
Taylor showed her J♥J♣ for a better pair of jacks and the win.
Hellmuth mucked his hand then let out one of his now trademark sigh-squawks before telling Taylor that he had jack-eight suited and that she had him really dead.
