Wallace Doubles Through Savill
Level 26
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
After Sterling Savill raised to 130,000 in the hijack, Aaron Wallace moved all in for his last 260,000. Savill called to put him at risk.
Aaron Wallace: A♦J♠4♣3♥
Sterling Savill: A♠10♥3♦2♠
The flop came 6♣4♠4♥, giving Wallace trip fours, but Savill was drawing to half with his ace-deuce and to a straight and a wheel if a five came.
The Q♦ turn and Q♣ river sealed the hand for Wallace though, earning him a much-needed double-up.
