Lashmar Shows Them the Bad News
Level 8
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
This hand was relayed by PokerNews' own Ryan Lashmar.
The under-the-gun player opened for 2,000 and the hijack called. Dan Samson called from the button, while Lashmar called from the big blind with 2♠2♥.
The flop came Q♣6♠2♦, and all players checked around.
When the J♥ peeled off on the turn, Lashmar bet 3,000 and all remaining players called.
The river was the 9♠, and the hijack led out for 13,200. Samson and Lashmar made the call, and Lashmar revealed his 2♠2♥ to the table. Everyone else mucked their hands.
