The button moved all in for 15,000 and was called by the small blind. The big blind Rongshan Li shoved over the top for 70,000, which caused the small blind to raise the white flag.

The button was not happy to see that Li also had clubs in their suited connectors. However, the flop of J♥9♥5♥ did give hope to the button with an open-ended straight draw. The turn paired the 9♦, but with the A♠ on the river, Li finished how he started — with the best hand to take the pot and send another player to the exit.

Action was joined with a board showing Q♣9♥Q♥2♦. Leonard Clementi bet 50,000 under the gun. His opponent in middle position immediately declared that he was all in, for a bet of 141,000. Clementi quickly called, having his opponent covered by just 16,000.

Clementi's opponent had him dominated having flopped a boat, and he was drawing incredibly thin. The Q♦ arrived on the river to loud gasps from the table, and Clementi's quads sent his opponent incredulously away from the table.
