Both players checked and watched as the dealer put the 9♠ out on the river.
Kempton decided to lead with a bet of 2,000 and faced a quick raise to 6,000 from the cutoff. Kempton paused for a brief moment and shuffled his chips as he thought before eventually putting in the call and watching his opponent turn over the A♠Q♣10♥8♠ for eights full of tens.
Kempton then tabled his hand to show the K♥J♣9♣7♠ for a better full house. The dealer turned his opponents cards face down and pushed the pot in Kempton's direction.
