Kindred Flops a Set to Eliminate Garagnani

Pedro Garagnani raised 160,000 in the cutoff and Justin Kindred three-bet all-in from the big blind. Garagnani went into the tank and asked for a count. The dealer broke down the stacks to show him it was 1,650,000, and after a couple of seconds more, he called off his stack of 1,400,000.

It was a coin flip until the K♣J♦7♠ flop hit the felt, giving Kindred a set of sevens. The 4♠ turn sealed the fate of Garagnani and the K♥ river was just a formality.

The dealer spread a flop of 6♥4♥4♣, and Katz check-called a bet of 80,000.

When the A♠ hit the turn, Katz checked and Christoph Vogelsang fired a bet of 260,000. That was enough for Katz to surrender the pot.
