Level 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Gianluca Cedolia
Gianluca Cedolia

Francis Anderson in the small blind moved all in and was called by Gianluca Cedolia in the big blind with the effective stack of 580,000.

Gianluca Cedolia: A4
Francis Anderson: Q3

Cedolia looked on course to double up and leave Anderson with crumbs after the runout of K976 at the turn, but the Q river gave Anderson the pair of queens to send Cedolia to the rail.

Zamani Offers Money to Yanovski

Level 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Martin Zamani bet 150,000 on a flop of 108A and Leonid Yanovski called in the big blind.

Both players checked the 5 turn before Yanovski led out for 775,000 on the 8 river.

Zamani took out a $100 bill and offered it to Yanovski. "I'll give you $100 if you show a bluff. Mr. Hu can hold it in escrow," he said as he folded, but Yanovski didn't take him up on the offer and returned his cards face down.

Harmon Frustrates Hellmuth Before Dinner

Level 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Wayne Harmon
Wayne Harmon

On the last hand before the dinner break, Wayne Harmon bet 120,000 from the cutoff and Phil Hellmuth called on the button.

Both players checked the monotone board of AK2 and the 6 came on the turn putting a fourth heart on the board. Harmon bet 65,000 and Hellmuth clicked back for 150,000. Harmon immediately responded with a raise to 310,000 leading Hellmuth to go on a trademarked foul-mouthed tirade.

Harmon kept his cool during Hellmuth's rant and was smiling throughout the theatrics by the "Poker Brat". Eventually, Hellmuth folded and Harmon spoke to PokerNews after the hand and declared "I had no heart, but I had all the heart!" while thumping his chest.

Ventura Fires at Yanovski

Level 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Leonid Yanovski raised to 120,000 before Diego Ventura reraised to 485,000. Yanovski called to the K97 flop, where Ventura bet another 115,000.

Yanovski again called and both players checked the 8 turn. The river came the 2 and Ventura then fired out 800,000.

Yanovski gave it some thought before mucking. "I want to see both hands," Martin Zamani asked, but he didn't get his wish.

"Two ten-minute hands in a row," David McGowan added after another lengthy pot at this table.

David McGowan moved all in for around 500,000 from middle position as Leonid Yanovski snap called in the big blind.

David McGowan: 66
Leonid Yanovski: JJ

McGowan was already standing up from his seat preparing to make his exit as the flop came 10QQ. The Q on the turn left him drawing dead, and the inconsequential 3 fell on the river to seal his elimination in 22nd place.

James Borland moved all-in for 1,145,000 from early position and was called by Jason James on the button.

James Borland: 99
Jason James: QQ

A significant dog before the flop, Borland would call for his "one-time," but the poker gods would not deliver, as the final board ran out 52J55, sending Borland to the payout desk.

Timothy Capretta Eliminated in 20th Place ($13,628)

Level 27 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Jason James shoved from the small blind and the short-stacked Timothy Capretta in the big blind made the call for 475,000.

Timothy Capretta: A4
Jason James: 107

Capretta's ace-high was looking good at the turn after the runout of Q86Q, but the 7 gave James two pair to knockout Capretta.
