Johnson Straightens Out Kessler
Level 14
Seven Card Stud
Marco Johnson: XxXx/8♠6♠J♣9♠/Xx
Allen Kessler: XxXx/10♣A♠4♣4♠/Xx
Marco Johnson and Allen Kessler were heads-up on sixth street when Kessler bet, Johnson raised all in, and Kessler called.
Kessler turned over 5♣9♣ and Johnson showed Q♠Q♦. "You look first. I have the better hand and the better redraw," Johnson told Kessler.
Kessler turned over the 5♦ to make two pair as Johnson squeezed out his last card, showing the 10♦ to make a straight and double up.
