Yeh Gets Paid by Engel

Level 18

Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Andrew Yeh: XxXx/54Q7/Xx
Ari Engel: XxXx/88310/Xx

Andrew Yeh and Ari Engel were heads-up on sixth street when Yeh bet and Engel called.

Yeh bet again on seventh, sending Engel into the tank. "Nines and fives," Engel asked.

"Nines and fives? How did you come up with that? I'll lay 100-1 he doesn't have nines and fives," tablemate Mike Matusow said.

Engel eventually called and Yeh turned over AA2 to win the pot after Engel mucked.

Matusow is currently nursing a short stack of around 70,000, but he's not worried. "In my wheelhouse. This is where I've been all summer," he said as the hand progressed.

Walter Treccarichi: XxXx/J39Q/Xx
Leonard August: XxXx/5Q5A/Xx
Au Ho: XxXx/667K/Xx

August called, then called another bet on fifth. August raised a bet on sixth, Ho reraised, and August called.

"This is going to be a fun one," August said heading to seventh, where he just called after Ho bet, leaving 20,000 behind.

"Four sixes are good," August told him, but Ho only showed 55 for two pair. August turned over AA7 for a full house, aces and fives, as he won the massive pot to bust Treccarichi.

Ho was eliminated on the next hand. Allen Kessler was also eliminated at the same time at another table.
