Trevisani Goes NUTS
Level 2
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Riccardo Trevisani opened to 800 from an early position and was called by four other players to go to a flop of J♠4♣9♥. Action then checked to the player in middle position who bet 1,800 and only three players stuck around for the turn 10♥.
The middle position player fired again for 3,200 but this time Trevisani check-raised him to 11,000, which he called.
When the river touched down the 5♠, Trevisani shoved all in and his opponent made the call. putting himself at risk.
"Nuts!" shouted Trevisani as he threw down K♠Q♠ for the turned nut-straight while his opponent flipped over K♣J♦ for just a single pair and he was eliminated in Level 2.
