Trips For Mizrachi
Level 2
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Michael Mizrachi opened from early position, and everybody folded to Devin Shang in the big blind, who three-bet. Mizrachi called.
The dealer fanned a flop of Q♥5♠9♦, and Shang bet 3,000 more chips. Mizrachi called, and the 9♠ landed on the turn.
This time, Shang checked, letting Mizrachi bet 6,000. Shang called.
On the river 4♣, Shang checked once more, and Mizrachi sized it up to 20,000. Shang leaned back in his chair and eventually threw a chip to call.
Mizrachi then showed 9♣7♣ for trip nines and took the pot.
