Sharon's Check-Raise Gets The Job Done
Level 8
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
A player in middle position opened to 2,400 and the cutoff, Timothy Watts on the button and Jay Sharon in the big blind all made the call.
The flop fanned out 4♣4♦3♥ and Sharon checked to the initial raiser who continued for 3,500. The cutoff called and Watts let his cards go. Sharon elected on a check-raise to 13,000, and scored the pot when both his opponents folded.
