"The Hammer" Takes Three-Bet Pot
Level 8
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
A player in the hijack opened the action to 2,700 and Gregory Haemmerle put in a three-bet next to act. The rest of the table folded and the initial raiser came along.
The flop fanned out A♣K♥7♠ and the hijack checked to Haemmerle who continued for 7,000. His opponent took a few seconds, but eventually let his cards go and the pot was sent to Haemmerle whose nickname is "The Hammer".
