Kahlenberg Fires River To Take Pot
Level 10
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
An under-the-gun player opened for 4,500 and both the cutoff and Steven Kahlenberg on the button made the call.
On the flop of A♣K♠8♥, the initial raiser continued for 4,500 and only Kahlenberg called. The 8♠ turn slowed both players down with a check to the 4♦ river.
The under-the-gun player checked again and Kahlenberg came with a size of 18,000. His opponent quickly let his cards go and the pot was shipped to Kahlenberg without showdown.
