Massive Cooler Gives Weinman a Big Double
Level 34
: Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Ruslan Prydryk raised to 1,000,000 from under the gun before Daniel Weinman three-bet to 2,900,000 in the hijack. Joe Ghio called in the cutoff, while Prydryk got out of the way.
Both players checked the K♠J♠8♥ flop before Weinman resumed betting on the 6♦ turn, putting in 2,200,000. Ghio then raised to 6,000,000, Weinman moved all in for 9,920,000, and Ghio snap-called.
Ghio showed 8♦8♣ for a flopped set, but he was drawing to just one out as Weinman turned over J♥J♣ for a set of jacks. The river came the 9♠ and Weinman earned the massive double up.
