The WSOP held its first online bracelet event back in 2015, which is when Anthony “casedismised” Spinella topped a 905-entry field to win $197,743 and his first bracelet. The following year, Clayton “SLARKDUCK” Maguire bested a 1,247-entry field to win the only online bracelet event for $210,279.
In the years since, the number of online bracelet events has increased in the merged Nevada/New Jersey market, and in the summer of 2023 that includes 20 different events.
Remember, WSOP.com software allows players to compete in no-limit hold’em tournaments on either a computer (i.e. desktop or laptop) or mobile app (i.e. phone or tablet). However, in order to play in pot-limit Omaha (PLO) tournaments players can only do so on a computer (i.e. desktop or laptop).

Matthew "Muckdat" Mcdowell opened to 56,000 from middle position only to see Jonathan "Art.Vandelay" Dokler three-bet to 196,000 out of the small blind, leaving himself just 43,000 behind. Mcdowell responded by raising enough to force his opponent all in and Dokler made the call.
Jonathan "Art.Vandelay" Dokler: A♥K♦
Matthew "Muckdat" Mcdowell: J♦10♠
Dokler was ahead and ended up prevailing following the Q♥3♦J♣3♣K♣ runout to secure a crucial double up.
Ryan "saucebae" Hohner opened to 80,000 from under the gun and it folded to Brian "RedBaron" Baron in the small blind who moved all in for 434,694. The big blind folded and Hohner quickly called to put Baron at risk.
Brian "RedBaron" Baron: K♣Q♥
Ryan "saucebae" Hohner: Q♦Q♣
Hohner was in great shape, and when the board ran out 9♥9♠6♠6♥J♠, it was the queens that held up to send Baron out in 48th place.
