Top Pair Takes the Pot
Level 3
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
With a raise of 900 from the button, Juan Carlos Latuff called from the small blind.
The flop came 5♦8♠3♣, prompting the opponent and Latuff to both check.
The turn brought the K♠ and saw both players check again.
With a 4♥ completing the board, Latuff checked and his opponent made a half-pot sized bet. Latuff called and showed 9♥8♣, and the button mucked their hand.
