Rocco Turns the Nuts
Level 25
: Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Brek Schutten opened to 1,000,000 in the small blind with A♥K♥ and Michael Rocco defended in the big blind with A♣10♣.
Schutten continued for 550,000 on the flop of 3♣6♣J♠ and Rocco called. Schutten then checked on the 5♣ turn and Rocco checked back.
Schutten checked once more on the 9♥ river and Rocco tried to get value with his flush by betting 2,200,000. Schutten was suspicious and called with his ace-high, only to muck when he saw the bad news.
