Winter Lays it Down

Sean Winter limped on the button and Luis Velador checked his option in the big blind.

Both players checked on the 10♣7♠J♦ flop and then Winter called a 60,000 bet from Velador on the 6♦ turn.

The A♥ completed the board and Velador sized up for a 200,000 bet. Winter went deep into the tank and re-checked his hole cards.

“Oh sh**. I don’t have as good of a hand as I thought I had,” Winter said, which got a laugh from his tablemates.

Winter then folded and Velador was sent the pot.
